Fixing Missing Contacts on Mobile
If only some are missing it is likely another staff member has deleted them from their mobile which saves for all other, IT need to recover these. If ALL staff contacts are missing it is likely that the Outlook app is no longer set to sync these, to resolve this complete the following process.
In the Outlook Mobile App click on the menu (3 bars up the top left):
Now click on the settings cog down the bottom left of the screen:
Now click on the Traffitech group Contacts account:
Now ensure that the Sync Contacts option is enabled (blue) then click on the 'Reset Account' option as this helps retain this setting.
