Here is what you need to do next time when your having sync issues early in the morning. You should be able to sync within 15mins, if it takes more then 15mins then you need to try alternative solutions which are as follows:
- Inform IT ASAP, no need to go upstairs they can just use Team viewer.
- Use your phone data to sync.
- If it doesn’t work then just cancel your sync and head out to your area (you can carry on working on all the old jobs in Ramm and Proactive jobs).
- Contact Paul to check if there are any emergency jobs.
- Try and sync again after a few hours.
